At Red Hill Consulting Group, our three-step process of Assessment, Implementation, and Education guides each engagement and generates rapid results.

In the Assessment step, we take the time to thoroughly understand your organization and your people before making any recommendations. This time spent is invaluable, and dramatically increases the credibility of our consulting solutions.

In the Implementation step, we utilize proven, disciplined methods for rollout of new initiatives that provide the initial foundation for changing the thinking of everyone in the organization. Rollout and reinforcement of the new initiatives are driven by local business teams that are coached by Integrated Hospitality consultants.

Many attempts to implement new initiatives in companies fail after six months. Short term results are generated, but the daily activities and habits of the employees are not changed. We follow implementation with a disciplined step of Educating the team to ensure that every team member believes in the changes the organization is pursuing.
